Our high-precision OEM GNSS module is designed to meet the most demanding applications. With its single antenna, it provides unparalleled accuracy in RTK, PPP positioning, and GNSS measurements. The KV106 supports GPS L1 (C/A), L2 (CM)/L5, GLONASS L1 (C/A), L2 (C/A), Galileo E1, E5a/E5b, BeiDou B1, B2, NavIC (IRNSS) L5, S-band, and SBAS L1 (WAAS, EGNOS, GAGAN, MSAS, SDCM) GNSS signal processing, making it a versatile solution for a range of positioning applications. It has 256 channels and a measurement precision of 20 cm for code measurements and 0.8 mm for carrier phase measurements. The KV106 can update position data at a rate of 1, 2, 5, 10, 20 Hz in standalone mode, RTK mode, and PPP mode, and up to 200 Hz in GNSS+INS mode. Raw data can be updated at a rate of 1, 2, 5, 10, 20 Hz. It has three UART interfaces (or two UART and one CAN) and can output data in RTCM 3.3 (MSM+Legacy messages), NMEA2.3, NMEA4.11, or NTL Binary format. The module can operate in temperature range from -40C to +80C and can be stored in temperature range from -55C to +85C. It requires a supply voltage of 3.0 to 5.5 V and has a max power consumption of 2.7 W. The device domensions71 x 46 x 12.8 mm and weight less than 25 g.

 

The module features a sophisticated on-board loose-coupling GNSS + INS integration algorithm that seamlessly fuses data from the GNSS unit and a MEMS-based IMU sensor. This combination of GNSS and inertial data provides continuous positioning, even in challenging environments, making it an ideal solution for a range of applications requiring accurate and reliable position information. In addition to its accuracy and versatility, the GNSS measurements generated by the module are available for secondary processing by the user.
